Hotel Chocolate: A Brand Of Chocolate For The Connoisseur

I should start this post by stating right off the bat that I’m addicted to chocolate. Dark bittersweet chocolate is my preference but in desperate times, good milk chocolate will do. My addiction became hardcore after years spent living in Paris just down the street from a Maison du Chocolat store. It was so accessible, so easy to love. Well, my 225 gram Hotel Chocolate 50% Milk Chocolate Easter Egg arrived by special delivery at 8:03 a.m. By 8:10 a.m., I had devoured about half and the only thing stopping me from eating the other half is that I have to fit into my 3.1 Phillip Lim Grecian dress for a black tie event this weekend. Not too sweet, strong cocoa taste and very fine texture. I won’t be crossing town for my chocolate fix anymore.
